I'm a nutrition scientist and online fitness coach originally from Kyiv, Ukraine. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nutrition, I've dedicated 7 years to studying in the USA and accumulating over 1,500+ research, 2,500+ volunteer, and 5,000+ clinical hours in nutrition and dietetics.
